Whilst on the expressway, we blew a tire and found this place at the end of the ramp. Highly recommend the most awesome customer service. They took our car in right away and we were in and out within a half an hour :-) the price was phenomenal and the people are amazing. Highly recommend. And the bonus was they were playing klove contemporary in the waiting area

I had my car NC inspection at USA Automotive and they have an excellent customer service. They performed the service and told me certain things about my car as it has rust. They are really customer service oriented.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team diagnosed my car quickly, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair on time. Fair pricing and very professional.

Have been using USA Automotive for several years. They've always done a great job. They know that the only thing i know about cars is that the engine is under the hood. So they could easily have made me pay for work i didn't actually need. But about 75 percent of the time they ended up telling me that I DON'T need what i believed i needed, that the problem was smaller than i thought, and i ended up paying less than i was expecting. They are friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. I am extremely happy with them, and so sorry that i can't take them with me when i move to Colorado this fall

I want to give a big thank you to the team at USA Automotive on New Bern Avenue. They were able to get my Titan in and take care of a tricky issue that had me stuck. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed fast and at a very fair price. Within just a few days, I was back on the road and able to get back to work, which meant a lot. The professionalism here really stands out. A special shoutout to Angel for making sure everything was installed correctly and done right. Also, the front office team did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Great service all around — highly recommend USA Automotive!
